Description

Fitted beneath a period canopy in a London home, this magnificent forest green Edwardian front door is an incredible reproduction of an original Edwardian front door. Using the proportions of the original door, our talented carpenters replicated the design as closely as possible, drawing on the wide range of traditional mouldings and joinery profiles we have built up over our 45 years of experience. Small adjustments were made to the design to allow us to fit a modern high-security locking system without compromising the period look of the door. The door also features brass furniture including a handsome doctor knocker. Five sumptuous panels of stained glass coordinate with the exquisite stained glass transom window overhead, which also displays the house number.
