Description

The four panel front door is often associated with the Victorian period of London architecture.  However four panel doors were popular in architectural design over many periods.  This light green period front door is on the cusp of the Georgian to Victorian times.  The door frame has a fanlight and is fitted on the front of the house like many other Georgian homes.   The door itself has decorative bolection mouldings to the top door panels, of which are often used Victorian doors.   The bottom panels are flush butt and bead panels, common to exposed Georgian doors.  These help deflect water away from the door.   This light green door is made in top performance timber, Accoya, so it will last.
